We took up digital photography about two
years ago but it is only recently that we have gone over
to SLRs. Jim had an analogue SLR for many years, but he
used it very seldom and Kate did not use it at all. Kate
takes photos of most things that fly, including birds,
butterflies, and, of course, dragonflies and damselflies.
Jim has been concentrating mainly on dragonflies, damselflies
and butterflies. Our portfolio is gradually expanding,
but there are many species of UK odonata which we have
still to get shots of.
